Oke, kali ini boku mau kasi info J-Food tentang 'Kue Mochi'. Douzo!

Kue Mochi adalah kue tradisional khas jepang berbahan dasar ketan beras. Terkadang juga berbahan dasar Mochiko(sejenis beras yg rasanya manis). Mochi memiliki bentuk yang bulat dan segi empat. Pada umumnya kue mochi memiliki tekstur yg kenyal dan terkadang juga lengket. Penduduk negeri sakura akan menyantap kue ini saat Hanami dan upacara tradisional lainnya. Ternyata, ada juga lho upacara untuk menumbuk mochi, namanya Mochitsuki.

Baiklah, berikut resepnya :D

Bahan:
- 70 gram tepung kanji
- 60 gram gula halus
- 1/2 sdt garam halus
- 1/2 sdt vanili bubuk
- 100 ml air
- 260 gram tepung ketan
- 60 gram tepung hunkue
- 300 ml santan kental dari 1/2 butir kelapa
- 1/2 sdt pewarna merah muda
- 1/2 sdt pewarna hijau muda

Taburan:
- 60 gram tepung kanji, sangrai di atas api kecil selama 20 menit

Cara membuat:
1. Pertama, larutkan tepung kanji kedalam 100 ml air, aduk hingga rata. Lalu, rebus sampai mendidih, angkat dan sisihkan.
2. Di tempat terpisah, campur tepung ketan, tepung hunkue, gula garam, dan vanili. Aduk sampai rata. Tambahkan rebusan kanji dan santan, uleni hingga terbentuk adonan yang licin dan kalis.
3. Bagi adonan menjadi dua bagian, tambahkan pewarna hijau dan merah pada masing-masing bagian, aduk rata.
4. Bentuk adonan bulat panjang denagn diameter 2cm. Kukus selama 15-20 menit atau hingga matang. Angkat dan dinginkan.
5. Ambil adonan yang telah dikukus, potong-potong sepanjang 2cm. Taburi tepung kanji sangrai, sajikan segera.
6. Untuk variasi, adonan kue moci juga bisa diisi dengan selai kacang tanah/pindakas atau kumbu kacang hijau.

Good news! UNDIVIDE akan merilis mini album mereka yang berjudul "MATERIALS LEFT ASIDE" pada tanggal 5 Februari 2013. Kali ini mereka akan mengeluarkan mini album yang berisi lima lagu, salah satu diantaranya adalah instrumental.
Untuk member yang join kali ini masih sama dengan yang sebelumnya, yaitu Kihiro as vokalis, Leda as gitaris dan bassis, dan Sujk as Drummer.

Matenrou Opera Akan Merilis Single Baru dan Major Album

Lagi-lagi good info dari Matenrou Opera! Sebelumnya, MO telah mengumumkan bahwa mereka akan merilis single ke-4 mereka dengan judul "Innovational Symphonia". Single akan dirilis pada tanggal 5 Desember 2012 yang memuat single "Innovational Symphonia", "Ano hi no mama no sekaisen ni mukatte", "Freesia" dan "RUSH!". Edisi Limited single ini akan datang dengan DVD yang memuat PV "GLORIA" dan "Innovational Symphonia". #pengen QAQ

Lalu, MO juga telah mengungkapkan tentang rencana mereka untuk merilis album mereka yg ke-2! Album akan dirilis pada bulan Maret tahun depan dengan judul "Kassai to Gekijou no Gloria". Untuk saat ini, belum ada informasi lebih lanjut. Tapi, tetaplah menunggu informasi selanjutnya dari mereka.

Black Gene For the Next Scene Akan Merilis Single ke-3

Ada good info nih dari Black Gene For the Next Scene. Kabarnya, mereka akan mengeluarkan single ke-3 dengan dengan judul "Ouran Trance Destiny". Hanya saja belum diketahui kapan single ini akan dirilis, itu alasan kenapa tidak terlalu banyak informasinya. Tapi, menurut kabar yang sedang beredar, single ini akan rilis pada tanggal 20 Maret 2013 dan datang dengan tiga versi yang berbeda.
Jadi penasaran gak nih? hehe. kita tunggu saja info selanjutnya dari mereka. ^^

Dango, si kue bola tepung beras jepang

Konbanwa minna-san!
Gomen jarang posting, baru sempet sekarang gara-gara banyak tugas sekolah *curcol =="
Daripada banyak omong, langsung ke topik aja deh. Douzo!


Dango, adalah kue yang memiliki bentuk seperti bola kecil yang dibuat dari tepung beras. Kue ini memiliki warna yang berbeda-beda setiap satu tusuknya. dalam satu tusuk, ada istilah yang dinamakan Kushidango, yaitu sebutan untuk 3, 4, atau 5 butir dango yg ditusuk dalam satu tusukan(kushi) dari bambu. ternyata, di setiap daerah di jepang memiliki jumlah tusukan yang berbeda minna-san^^

Sebenarnya dango itu tidak memiliki rasa alias hambar lho. Namun, biasanya dalam membuat dango, ditambahkan gula dalam adonannya sehingga rasa dango menjadi manis. Ada juga dango yang tidak manis hanya dicelupkan kedalam saus mitarashi dan dango yang dimakan dengan ditaburi bubuk kacang kedelai (kinako), lalu dimasukkan ke dalam mitsumame (agar-agar yang dimakan bersama aneka buah kaleng) atau selai kacang merah yang sudah diencerkan dengan air. Selain dari tepung beras, dango juga bisa dibuat dari bahan tepung terigu :)

Yosh, penjelasannya sudah langsung ke resep. iku yo!

Bahan:
Dango
- 200 gr tepung beras
- 200 ml air panas

Saus Mitarashi
- 100 ml air
- 2,5 sdm kecap kikkoman - bisa bereksperimen menggunakan kecap asin jika mau
- 70 gr gula
- 1 sdm tepung tapioka

Cara Membuat
Dango
1. Campur air panas dan tepung beras. Aduk rata. Uleni hingga kalis dan adonan sekeras cuping telinga.
2. Siapkan kukusan, sobek-sobek adonan ukuran kecil dan letakkan di dalam kukusan. Kukus dengan api sedang selama 25 menit.
3. Setelah 25 menit, pindahkan adonan kukus ke dalam mangkuk. Uleni sekali lagi hingga kalis. Untuk mencegah lengket, sekali-sekali cipratkan air matang.
4. Bentuk adonan menjadi bulat panjang. Siapkan pisau yang sudah dibasahi air agar tidak lengket. Potong-potong kecil. Bentuk bulat.
5. Jika mau membuat sate dango. Siapkan tusuk sate, basahi dengan air terlebih dahulu. Lalu tusuk dango dan susun. Bisa juga menggunakan tusuk gigi untuk satu dango. Sisihkan.

Saus Mitarashi
1. Campur semua bahan. Masak dengan api kecil hingga semua bahan tercampur rata dan mengental.
2. Tuang saus Mitarashi ke atas dango sebelum disajikan. Atau bisa juga disajikan sebagai bahan celupan.
